The MV Seafood Collaborative's NEW! Fish Cakes are made with locally-caught black sea bass. Thanks to a stellar recipe donated by Tina Miller (local chef, writer, and author of Vineyard Harvest) we have the best fish cakes on the island. Each package includes two fish cakes, and is designed to feed 1 – 2 people. Cook them in the oven or saute them in a pan and serve with your favorite fresh greens and dipping sauce. We recommend Tina’s roasted onion mayo sauce, but even an easy cocktail sauce will do.
